1. Return Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep your adopted Newfoundland puppy, Majestic Newfoundland Dogs accepts returns within 14 days of the adoption date. The puppy must be returned in good health and condition, with all vaccinations up to date. Customers are responsible for any transportation costs related to returning the puppy to our facility.
2. Refund Policy
Majestic Newfoundland Dogs offers a refund for returned Newfoundland puppies within the 14-day return period. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the adoption fee, minus any non-refundable fees such as transportation or administrative costs. Refunds will be processed promptly once the puppy has safely returned to our care and its health and condition have been confirmed.
3. Health Guarantee
We stand behind the health of our Newfoundland puppies and provide a health guarantee for a specified period following adoption. If your puppy develops a covered health issue during the guarantee period, Majestic Newfoundland Dogs will cover the cost of necessary veterinary care or offer a replacement puppy, subject to the conditions outlined in our Health Guarantee Policy.
4. Exchanges
In the event that a customer wishes to exchange their adopted Newfoundland puppy for another available puppy, we may accommodate such requests based on availability and compatibility. We encourage customers to discuss their concerns and preferences with our team to explore the best possible exchange options. Exchanges may also be subject to an evaluation of the returned puppy’s condition.
5. Transportation Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for all transportation-related costs in cases of returns or exchanges, including the safe and comfortable return of the puppy to our facility.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the puppy must be well cared for and have received all necessary medical check-ups and vaccinations. Neglect or mistreatment of the puppy will void eligibility for any return, refund, or exchange.
