2. Health Examination
   Before leaving our care, each puppy receives a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian. This includes a complete assessment of the puppy’s overall health, vaccination status, and any potential health concerns.

3. Vaccination and Deworming Protocol
   Our puppies are given age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments according to a veterinarian-approved protocol. We provide detailed records of these treatments to ensure your puppy is current on preventive care.

4. Health Guarantee Period
   We offer a defined health guarantee period, usually spanning several weeks to a few months after adoption. During this time, we cover certain health-related expenses if your puppy develops a covered genetic health issue.

5. Reimbursement or Replacement
   If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered genetic health issue within the guarantee period, we offer reimbursement for veterinary expenses up to the purchase price of the puppy. Alternatively, we may provide a replacement puppy from a future litter, depending on availability and circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities
   To uphold the health guarantee, clients must provide proper care, nutrition, exercise, and veterinary attention for their puppy. We recommend regular wellness check-ups with a licensed veterinarian to monitor your puppy’s health and well-being.

7. Exceptions and Limitations
   Our health guarantee does not cover health issues resulting from neglect, injury, or accidents occurring after the puppy leaves our care. Additionally, certain conditions may not be covered under the guarantee, as determined by our veterinarian.
